No Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Kaagaz Prints. We specialize in customized and personalized printing products made specifically according to customer requirements. Since every order is uniquely created, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Customized Products

All products available on our website are manufactured and printed based on customer-selected designs, names, logos, artwork, sizes, colors, or specifications. Therefore, these products cannot be reused or resold to another customer.

No Return Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customized printed products
• Personalized items
• Bulk printing orders
• Color variation complaints within acceptable industry standards
• Orders approved by customers before printing

No Refund Policy

Once payment is completed and the order is processed, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:

• Product received is physically damaged during delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect found in the product

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with proper photos/videos and order details.

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, design, quantity, size, and other details before final approval. Kaagaz Prints will not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.
