Welcome to Kaagaz Prints. By accessing our website (https://kaagazprints.com) and placing orders for our printing and IT services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Printing Orders & Artworks

• Design Approval: Customers are responsible for proofreading all artwork, designs, and text prior to order submission. Kaagaz Prints is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, resolution, or design after artwork has been approved for print.
• Color Accuracy: Screen previews (RGB) may vary slightly from printed final products (CMYK). Minor color variations within industry standard tolerances are normal and expected.
• Copyrighted Material: You certify that you own or have the necessary licenses/rights for all images, logos, and designs provided for custom printing. We reserve the right to decline printing materials that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Orders will be processed only after full or agreed advance payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

While we make every effort to meet specified dispatch dates, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to third-party courier services, transport delays, or unexpected force majeure events.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because custom products (such as printed T-shirts, stickers, cards, and stationery) are manufactured specifically to your order details, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. In the case of defective print quality or manufacturing damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kaagaz Prints, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delayed order fulfillments.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi, India.
